Affordable student housing is within the Ventura Village Green apartments, directly across the street from City Church California. Each unit has a maximum capacity of 7 residents. Rooms are double or triple occupancy unless otherwise approved by staff.

See Tuition + Fees + Financial Aid. Housing payments are due monthly, or can be paid in full at the start of the academic year.
Housing Policies
Although living in student housing is not required, it is strongly recommended! We believe that God desires to do a significant work in your life that includes the further maturing of your Christian character, the strengthening of personal disciplines in your life, and the development of life-long friends - all of which are accelerated in student housing.
